This is a brand-new fairly clean hotel providing luxury rooms. Really friendly and affable staff, the breakfasts are full size for vegetarians. The services are amazing, including an incredible pool. Moreover, the parking is onsite. The location is favourable and absolutely perfect, within walking distance of Macau Stadium.

The pool area is amazing! The wave pool and lazy river were family favorites. The room amenities include luxury toiletries and a well-stocked mini-bar. We had a blast at the diamond show, so entertaining! The shuttle bus made getting around super easy.

Beautiful new hotel, very well decorated with spacious rooms with attention to details
Front desk staff displayed professional courtesy but nothing more, check in time of 1500 and check out time of 1100 is ridiculous and front desk staff is very inflexable when it comes to this, room not as clean as it should have been.

Really good service defines this hotel experience. From the friendly team who assisted during check-in to the bell-boy who offered a tour of the amenities, including a free mini-bar. The kids especially loved the wave pool and lazy river with playful water features. The evening diamond show left something to be desired, lacking the appeal of similar free shows at other nearby hotels, and more seating areas would enhance comfort during downtime.

Great for families looking for fun
The staff were pretty good, like when they arranged a special birthday cake for my kid, such a nice touch! And don't even get me started on the wave pool, it was pure joy for the kids!
It was not exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable for what we got.

Enjoying a Beautiful King Room here was great, especially with the luxurious touches like Hermes toiletries and ample bottled water. The wave pool and lazy river offered a fantastic way to relax, and the nearby food court served some excellent dim sum.
One downside was the frequency of the shuttle bus to the airport. Waiting around 35-40 minutes felt a bit long. While the shuttle access to other hotels is limited, it necessitated more walking or taxi rides than I would have preferred, impacting my convenience.

Only a casino, some visitor not queue up when check in/out but the hotel staff serve them firstly.

great room, i have had the privilage of staying in many hotels round the world. this would have had to have one of the nicest bathrooms ever. and great water pressure! very clean, yes the place is huge and may seem a little impersonal, but thats no reflection on the hotel itself. probably the only hotel i have ever stayed in that has provided free mini bar drinks' we got a great rate at the last moment and i have looked at this hotel many times but usually out of my price range, i would definetly stay here again
no dislikes from me!
